原创教学设计3课外阅读 The Modern Olympics

The Modern Olympics

一、指导思想和理论基础

根据初中英语《新课程标准》、英语学科核心素养、第四中学

“三创”课堂---创新教学、创新练习、创新落实为指导思想,依托

“学”、“议”、“展”、“导”、“练”教学模式,本节课的的设计理念

如下:

1.教学原则:学思结合、以学论教。

2.设计思路:文本问题化,问题思维化,思维活动化。

3.活动方法:任务驱动,学中做,做中学。

4.操作程序:以问题为导向,以活动为载体, 以思维为主线。

二、背景分析(学情分析和 语篇 分析)

本班共有 50 个学生,学生学习英语的情况不太好,中下等水

平,本篇文章是一篇课外阅读,语篇有一定难度,结合目前时事冬

奥会来临之际,为学生创造英语氛围,开发课程资源,制作课件和

教具,增加直观性,激发学生学习兴趣,提高课堂密度,让学生在

自主、合作、探究的氛围中进行讨论和学习,同时在教学中使他们

的情感、态度、价值观得到升华。

三、教学目标( ( Teaching aims) )

Learning aims(教学目标):

1.To read by yourselves and finish the tasks.

独立阅读,整体理解课文,完成相关练习。

2.According to the text to solve the 2 problems.

依托课文内容,整体解决两个探究性问题。

3.根据关键词和课文主线,个体重构课文

According to the key words to retell the text and rewrite the article

by yourself.

4. 通过开展创设情景,培养学生的合作和语言表达能力,培养

学生爱国情怀,全民支持冬奥会,宣传冬奥会主题曲,用实际行动

学唱主题曲,手语舞接力冬奥会主题曲和口号:《一起向未来》

Together for a shared future,作为中国人弘扬奥运精神,踊跃锻炼,

强身健体。

四、教学重点、难点:

重点:

1. To read by yourselves and finish the tasks.

2. According to the text to solve the 2 problems.

难点:According to the key words to retell the text and rewrite the

article by yourself.

五、教学方法:任务型教学法、归纳法,

六、学生学法:独学、对学、小组合作学习

七、教学流程

  Step 1. Leading-in

  1.Play a video about the mascot of the Olympic Winter Games Beijing

2022. Before playing it, “Enjoy the video and tell us the

character’s name.”

  2.Show a picture of the mascot.

Students will tell us its name is 冰墩墩。

  3. Show 4 questions about talking about the Olympics.

  Step2. Pre-reading

  Show “Learning aims”

  1.To read by yourselves and finish the tasks.

  2.According to the text to solve the 2 problems.

  3. According to the key words to retell the text and rewrite the article

by yourself.

  The teacher read the passage and ask the students to listen and

understand.

  Step3. While-reading

  Understanding

  1.Read the passage the first time to answer the 2 questions.

When did the first modern Olympics begin?

The colors of the rings are____________

  2. Read the passage the second time to answer the 4 questions.

How often are the Olympics held?

What’s the Olympic motto?

What are the five rings stand for?

What kind of Olympics are held in the world?

  Sharing

  3. Read the passage the third time to solve the 2 problems.

According to the passage to think some information about 1.2.3.4.5 .

To use 2 key words to describe the main ideas of each paragraph.

Ask Ss to work in groups to discuss them.

  Step4. Pos-reading

  Expressing

  1.Uesing “Word Cloud” to check the new words.

  2.Ask Ss to retell the passage.

  3.Show their own passages in other orders.

  4.Students sing the song “Together for a shared future” to support

Beijing 2022 Olympics Winter games.

  Step5. Homework

Describe the picture.

八 、教学反思

  本节课 以“ 三创 ” 课堂 理念为指导思想 ,巧妙落实第四中学

“学、议、展、导、练”教学模式,按英语学科阅读课模式 USE —

— Understanding 、 Sharing 、g Expressing 层层深入,以即将到来的

北京冬奥会为切入点 —— 冬奥会主题曲、吉祥物、口号,激发学生

学习本篇奥运会文本的内驱力。真正实现了“文本问题化、问题思

维化、思维活动化”思维课堂理念,使英语学科核心素养落地课

堂。向听课教师充分呈现了如何有效利用文本信息,提高学生分析

问题和解决问题的能力。 在重构课文环节 指令没有说清楚,导致学

生在写自己的文章,初心是让学生口头按自己的思路重新梳理文本

顺序即可,导致浪费时间,输出环节没有达到预设效果。
